Green Curved Line

A drink like this, yummy, Vanilla Iced Coffee, is great in the morning or as an afternoon pick-me-up. This recipe includes a recipe for Vanilla Coffee Creamer, so you will probably have extra for the week to use.

You can use milk, half and half, or evaporated milk or you can make it dairy-free/vegan by using any favorite non-dairy, plant-based milk, like, soy, oat, cashew, almond, rice

– 1-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract – 1-2 tablespoons sugar (or substitute the same amount) – 1 cup half and half, cream or evaporated milk, or non-dairy milk (soy, rice, cashew, oat, almond milk, etc.)

To Make the Vanilla Coffee Creamer: In a medium mixing bowl, add the half and half, cream or evaporated milk (or other dairy/non-dairy option suggested), sugar (adjust amount to taste) and pure vanilla extract.

To Make the Vanilla Iced Coffee: If you are starting with hot coffee, pour it over ice to get it cold and then add the vanilla coffee creamer (amount to taste) and mix to combine, enjoy!

If you are starting with chilled coffee, all you have to do is just add the prepared vanilla coffee creamer to the black coffee and mix to combine, enjoy with or without ice.
