Hi Everyone, St. Patrick’s Day is coming up. What are everyone’s plans?
My plans leading up to the holiday are thinking about and sharing more St. Patrick’s Day recipes, there are SO many that have been on my mind over the years.
I am trying to finally get to them.
If you have any favorite St. Patrick’s Day recipes let me know in the comments below.
In case you don’t know, I’m 36% Irish/Scottish (I know this after doing a DNA test), hence my interest in everything Irish or Irish-themed.
Also, I was born in Boston and raised in New England where there are a lot of Irish Americans.

It’s great if you have a footed mug, I don’t in these photos, but it’s nice having a clear glass mug so you can see these layers.

If you don’t have Irish whiskey, it’s not a huge deal, just adding Baileys Irish Cream is just fine and still gives the coffee a little boozy boost 🙂
Truth be told, I did use expensive Chinese Whiskey with the Baileys (we were given the whiskey as a gift) – I would say, use what you have!
