3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies are easy to make with peanut butter, an egg, and sugar.  They are flour-free and make the most delicious, classic, chewy peanut butter cookies. Enjoy them as is or drizzled with chocolate.

These delicious cookies can be eaten any time of the year; they are great for the holidays, cookie sales & cookie swaps as well as making for a quick snack or dessert!

– peanut butter  – sugar – large egg – optional: drizzle with chocolate

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large mixing bowl, using a handheld electric mixer, add the peanut butter, sugar and egg, mix until combined.

Using 2 small spoons or a small cookie scoop, scoop dough balls onto a silicone baking mat lined rimmed baking sheet. Using a fork, make a criss-cross design on the top to slightly flatten the cookies before baking.

Bake for 6-8 minutes in your preheated oven or until edges are crispy and golden brown. 

When they are done, allow them to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet and then transfer to a wire cooling rack. Enjoy!
