> low sodium soy sauce > toasted sesame oil > olive oil > minced garlic > Chinese 5-Spice blend

Ingredients

Press the Tofu: Press your extra firm tofu for 15-30 minutes (you can use a tofu press) or by sandwiching it between 2 plates with paper towels.

Cut the pressed tofu into bite-size squares.

Marinate: In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk to combine. Add the cut up tofu and stir to coat. Allow it to marinate for 15 minutes.

Cook in the Air Fryer: Heat the Air Fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Add the tofu in a single layer and make sure that the squares are not touching.
