Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

SALMON & MARINADE Arrange fillets in a 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

In a medium-small mixing bowl, mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, and 1-2 tablespoons drained capers.
