TO SERVE WARM: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Remove all the packaging from the ham and discard.
Place ham flat/face side down in the roasting pan and add 1/2 cup water to the bottom of the pan.
Cover with lid, foil tent or cooking bag. Bake for 12-15 minutes per pound until internal temperature is 140 degrees F.
