– 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed

– 1/2 cup cooked baby carrots

– 1 breast chicken, cooked & cubed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut 6 equal rectangular pieces of puff pastry

Evenly distribute the cooked & cubed chicken, thawed peas & cooked carrots. Add shredded cheese to each parcel.
