No Knead Bread Rolls

No Knead Bread Rolls are a savory, simple and easy-to-make yeast bread recipe – perfect to accompany your own dinner, bring to a potluck or holiday gathering; Brush with butter and top with optional seasoning or leave plain.

COOK TIME: 40 MINS

 yield: 6-8 ROLLS total time: 3 HOURS 50 MINUTES

– 3 cups of flour, , with extra for board, I use Hodgson Mill, Non-GMO Project Verified Flour

Ingredients

– About 1 teaspoon of kosher salt or preferred type of salt, (for taste), I use Morton Kosher Salt

– 1-2 tablespoons unsalted butter

In a large mixing bowl, add 3 cups flour, 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast and salt and whisk to combine.

In a 2 cup wet measure, add 130 degree water, then add it to the dry ingredients.

Mix the water and dry ingredients until combined. Cover and allow to double in size (about 3 hours).
