– 1 lb ., (454 grams) box of Mini Farfalle (bow tie) pasta or pasta of choice

When the pasta is done, use a narrowly slotted spoon to remove the pasta into a bowl and stir in a drizzle of olive oil to ensure the pasta does not stick together.
