1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).2. Using a rimmed baking sheet, spread the all-purpose flour on the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the unsalted butter, melt the butter at 12 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until melted. Add both sugars and mix until combined using a handheld electric mixer.
