Web Story
I actually took these photos with my iPhone 6s Plus in October 2016 and I hadn’t planned on blogging about them originally but I just want to share my love of fresh figs and simple food pairings to prepare that do not take a lot of effort. So, sorry they are not with my new camera 🙂
You are seeing about them now because I have a “reservoir” of previous recipes and posts that I haven’t posted in case I say, have something going on that hinders me from posting about food regularly like say, our Kitchen Renovation going on right now.
During this time and in the future, make sure to check out recipe contributions from our new recipe contributors too!
I think most people think of figs in terms of dried figs which are great too but they are entirely a different food experience altogether.
I love snacking on dried figs too 🙂
This Fresh Figs with Agave Syrup recipe is like a light, sweet salad. It goes amazingly with feta or Gorgonzola cheese crumbles (if non-vegan), if you wish as well. Enjoy!

Thanks for the fig info ❣️I didn’t know that they were available in June. Figs are one of my most favorite things. I also love them with Roquefort cheese. Keep up the great work👍🏻
