You can enjoy it sweetened or unsweetened. In this recipe, we add fresh flowers and herbs (lavender, basil, mint, and a Marigold flower – all edible) to garnish for serving. Makes 2 servings.

Cold Brew Iced Tea
Cold Brew Iced Tea is one of the simplest ways to make iced tea with only 2 required ingredients, a tea bag, in this case, black tea, and water - no heat required! Ingredients
- 1 black tea bag
- 18-ounces of water
- 1/2-1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: honey or your favorite sweetener
Instructions
- Add 1 black tea back to an 18-ounce mason jar, add 18 ounces of water, and cover. Place in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Chill a tall glass in the freezer.
- When the tea is done steeping and ready, add ice to a tall, chilled glass, add the cold brew tea, add any desired sweetener of choice (and stir), and optionally, add fresh herbs or flowers of choice to garnish (we use Marigold, basil, lavender, and mint). Add a straw and enjoy!
