Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Hey Everyone, January is all about resetting for the New Year and so I thought it would be the perfect time to present these Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
I personally love Brussels Sprouts and they are one of my husband’s FAVORITE vegetables, so they tend to appear on the dinner table fairly often and at holiday dinners, like Thanksgiving or Christmas.
This is one of the most simple ways to make them – just roasted in the oven.
You can add your favorite spices to them if you want but I find the simpler the better, seasoned with, regular olive oil (or coconut oil), salt, and pepper (add the pepper before serving).
You can roast them to your desired level of toasty-ness too if you prefer them just softened, that’s fine, or if you prefer them charred, hey, why not?
Ingredients
- 1 stalk of Brussels sprouts
- 1-2 tablespoons regular olive oil
- Kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Kitchen Tools
- rimmed baking sheet
- silicone baking mat or aluminum foil
