    These recipes that help with anti-inflammatory are filled with natural ingredients such as turmeric, herbs, flowers, lemon, and ginger.

    These are all powerful anti-inflammatory fighting ingredients to fight a cold or reduce any pains in your body you are currently dealing with.

    For me, It is always better to try natural ingredients first before taking over-the-counter medicine.
