Candied Pecans are a spiced, salty-sweet snack perfect for an edible gift! They are easy to make and easily customizable to your tastes. My version has halved pecans, cinnamon, regular & brown sugar, maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, a little bit of ground nutmeg, and Harissa seasoning.

Hi Everyone, these candied pecans are so easy to make and so delicious!
They are a perfect addition to the holiday table being a salty-sweet snack that appeals to so many people.
They are perfect for gift giving too be it for a hostess gift or holiday gift.
All you need are some lidded mason jars, some ribbon, and perhaps some fabric to add some flair.
These are also great on a cheese board to serve as appetizer.
When they are around, I personally, have a hard time resisting them, so much so, that I had to package them up to give away 🙂
Those crispy bits on the outside are heaven...

I'd really like to try this recipe, but I dont understand when I'm supposed to add the "drizzle of maple syrup", and approximately how much should be drizzled?

Hello Suzanne, thank you for letting me know, I clarified that and corrected the recipe, I hope that helps, let me know how it goes if you make it! Thank you!

Hello! Is there anything that I can substitute for the egg white? That just seems so gross to me.
Sara Maniez says
I haven't tried a substitution for the egg white, you could try my recipe for flaxseed egg if you are looking for a vegan option. I haven't tried it, so I can't guarantee that it will come out as good or better than the egg white option. Thank you for your question!
