Cookies and Cream Overnight Oats are a sweet way to enjoy your overnight oats. Enjoy these oats as a snack or an indulgent twist on breakfast.
Cookies and Cream Overnight Oats
Hi Everyone, we had OREO cookies in the house and, of course, I was thinking of different ways to use them - other than stuffing my face with the whole package, hence, these Cookies and Cream Overnight Oats.
I love making overnight oats and eating them for breakfast but also as a snack throughout the day and sometimes you just need a little sweetness (like cookies!) in those snacks...it's hard to deny my sweet tooth.
There's no need to make this recipe overly complicated, it just adds the oats and milk (or dairy-free milk), lets it sit for 8 hours or overnight, and crumbles the cookies on top and mix in when you are ready to eat.
It's that simple!

You can also add other ingredients to these overnight oats, I have added in the past chia seeds, ground flax seeds, and your favorite protein powder.
Just keep in mind that you probably need to add more milk if these ingredients soak up more liquid.
