Iced Cashew Milk Latte
Hi Everyone, this is one of my favorite iced lattes.
This iced cashew milk latte is the perfect way to start the day along with a healthy breakfast or to give you a little lift in the afternoon, after lunch.
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients needed to make this recipe:
- 1-2 shots (1.5-3 ounces) of espresso
- 1/4 cup cashew milk, extra creamy
- sweetener of choice, optional – we use wildflower honey

Instructions
- Chill your glass for 5-10 minutes in the freezer. Fill the chilled glass with 1 cup of ice, add espresso, slowly add the creamy cashew milk, and add optionally, the sweetener of choice. Add a straw and enjoy!
