Frozen Stuffed Dates are a healthy alternative to store-bought candy that you can make right at home with simple pantry ingredients like sunflower seed butter (or peanut butter or your favorite nut butter), dipped into a chocolate-coconut oil mixture and sprinkled with coconut flakes and ground cinnamon.

They are so easy to customize! You may want to sprinkle these stuffed dates with chopped nuts or stuff them with a different type of nut butter.
