This is your new, "go-to" Summer dessert recipe - perfect & easy for toting along to BBQs, family dinners, and or any kind of party!

Here's the caveat to what I said above: Though a 1-pint jar could feed 2 people, you will not want to share it with anyone else!
I tried to share one trifle with my husband when we brought them over to my Father-in-Law's and we made it to the bottom of that jar so fast just digging away for more creamy cheesecake 🙂
This No-Bake Mason Jar Berry Cheesecake Trifle recipe is just the right amount of creamy cheesecake decadence, crunchy graham cracker texture, tart & sweet bursts of fruit flavor, and light airy whipped cream to finish.
How can one simple trifle give so much?
Don't let those pretty layers fool you, being a mom I have a practical side that I always consider.
This recipe is in a mason jar, the advantage being that you can just pop a lid on and keep it in the refrigerator and you have dessert or a really nice snack for a few days (if they even last that long!).
Tip: Save the box that the mason jars came in, it's perfect for transport.

This recipe is so fresh, fruity, Summer-y and sure to impress with all those pretty, colorful layers.
There is freshly-squeezed lemon juice in the cheesecake layer that is subtle, bright, and compliments the fresh berries so well.
You can customize it and pick different berries depending on what berries are in season throughout the Summer making endless variations.



Having super clean berries is a great idea for this trifle to make sure all the pesticides and debris have been washed away, here are the steps that I take when washing berries to ensure they are completely ready:
