Sun-Dried Tomato Ham and Cheese Ring
Hi Everyone, For something sweet and tasty to go with my Sun-Dried Tomato Ham and Cheese Ring, I have my favorite (shown below) lineup of Odawalla drinks.
I will drink these during the day and honestly, whenever I am grocery shopping, I never fail to grab one to chug on the way home.
They get me through my day and I love the sweetness from many fruits they have featured.
Did you know there are over 40 different beverage and bar varieties?
We don’t have cable (having cut the cord years ago) but we love to watch shows on streaming TV because we can watch what we want when we want it.
My favorite, of course, is food-related shows, period dramas, or anything cerebral and deep, my husband Eric likes futuristic shows and movies with bonus points for suspense and action.
When we are watching with our little one, we can all agree on nature-related documentaries where we learn something new.
BTW, How was your Mother’s Day?
Mine was lovely, filled with family and good food.
This Sun-Dried Tomato Ham and Cheese Ring would have been perfect for such a gathering or any get-together like it because all those yummy flavors are sure to please and satisfy hungry tummies.
I made this Sun-Dried Tomato Ham and Cheese Ring for a weeknight no-fuss dinner where we had other snack-y type food and some yummy Odawalla juice. We like to keep it casual on the weeknights, the easier the better when you have lots to do during the week plus a little one 🙂

Depending on how I feel, I will get a certain flavor, for example, if I am sick, I get something with Vitamin C, like the “Strawberry C Monster” or if I need to get things done, I will go for the “Blueberry Monster.”
I love that they are Non-GMO Project Certified (as shown on the label), I always look for that stamp when I am grocery shopping.

This Sun-Dried Tomato Ham and Cheese Ring is perfect for an appetizer, snacking, or for bringing to a gathering. Melt-y Swiss and cheddar cheese, ham, and sun-dried tomatoes make this savory snack packed with flavor and satisfaction.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2-3 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices black forest ham, rolled
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, in oil, amount to taste
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or substitute 2 slices)
- salt, to taste
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil. Cut the puff pastry into 6 even rectangles, arrange it into a circle. Place Swiss cheese on top, breaking the slices in half to cover the area.
- Add 4 rolled ham slices so that the edges are touching.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Bring the outer edges of the puff pastry and pinch it with the middle, sandwiching all the ingredients. Use water, if necessary to moisten the edges.
- Bake for 15 minutes in your preheated oven. Check to see if it's golden brown at 15 minutes, if it's not, then leave it in for a few more minutes. When it's done, allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!
