How to Make Meatless Monday Satisfying
Let’s talk about Meatless Monday!
I come from the perspective of being an omnivore but I like to try to reduce the amount of meat I eat intentionally because it’s a healthier option, more resourceful and it’s better for the environment and world.
I love coming up with vegan and vegetarian ways of cooking and baking because it’s just another way of cooking that I enjoy.
I am a “foodie” though and I need my food to have flavor and be delicious, so I came up with some ideas on How to Make Meatless Monday Satisfying.
By the way, how is everyone’s November going?
Is your Fall schedule busy like mine?
I am always looking for quick and easy lunch or dinner solutions for those times when I need it and I found one to share with you…
Let’s Talk About MorningStar Farms Veggie Bowls
It’s great to be able to have something on hand when I get busy that I can just heat up in the microwave or oven.
It literally took me only 4 minutes and 15 seconds to heat up.
Sometimes, I need to just be able to heat something up on days that I just can not devote the mental bandwidth to cooking.
You know, I normally do love cooking and baking, so it’s nice when I do make something quick that it be something that tastes good and real.
MorningStar Farms Veggie Bowls are such a great option if you work out of the home or in the home – like I do.
The MorningStar Farms Veggie Bowls come in all these varieties: Chik’n Pot Pie, Chik’n Tikka Masala, Italian Sausage Bake, Japanese Soba Noodles, and Moroccan Medley.
All the veggies in this Chik’n Pot Pie veggie bowl are colorful and yummy.
I love the tasty gravy – you can’t go wrong with a little gravy. 🙂
I love the flavor and peppery spices in the Chik’n Pot Pie veggie bowl.
It’s neat that they did a twist on the classic chicken pot pie and have a biscuit on top instead of a crust – very clever!
