Hey Everyone! I hope your January is going well so far.
I am sharing a fuss-free dessert (or why not breakfast?) recipe with you: Chocolate Dipped Fresh Fruit.
I recently contributed Chocolate Dipped Fresh Fruit to the SoFabFood website where I am a regular contributor.
By the way, did you see my last recipe, Citrus Cranberry Mocktail Spritzer, where I did a FB Live video for you all?
You can catch it HERE.
Quoting my own words on the SoFabFood post:
This Dark Chocolate Dipped Fresh Fruit dessert recipe is easy and delicious, requiring only a few ingredients and minutes to prepare. Fresh fruit and dark chocolate are great sources of antioxidants making this treat the perfect mix of healthy and sweet.
This simple recipe only takes minutes to prepare!
You can pick out your favorite fruit/berries and while I use dark chocolate because of its health benefits of having antioxidants - you can really pick whichever kind of chocolate you like.
I like this dessert/snack because you can keep it in the refrigerator for a few days depending on the fruit.
If you are making apples or bananas, consume those right away because they don't last long.
Sometimes, during the day, you just need a little sweet bite of something and this recipe satisfies that well.
You can get the whole recipe and post on the SoFabFood.com website HERE
