Hi Everyone, this has been my go-to drink recipe in the afternoon when I am done with coffee for the day and don’t want to drink anything that will make me jittery.

Ingredients

• 8-12 ounces hot water (depending on how concentrated you like it)
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
• 20 grams (1 scoop) collagen peptides powder

Ingredients

• 8-12 ounces hot water (depending on how concentrated you like it)
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
• 20 grams (1 scoop) collagen peptides powder

Instructions

1. Heat the water in the kettle.
2. In a heat-safe mug, add chocolate protein powder, collagen peptides, and pour the heated water over the powder. Use a spoon and a frothing wand to stir the mixture. Enjoy!
