Air Fryer White Asparagus is easy-to-make with olive oil, garlic & onion powder, kosher salt, and fresh, ground pepper, for serving. Try this simple way to prepare in-season, fresh white asparagus right in one of our favorite, convenient, kitchen appliances, the air fryer!
Hi Everyone, it's white asparagus season! I see them in the produce section of the grocery store.
I love preparing white asparagus using the air fryer. Why? Because it's simple, with few ingredients, and FAST.
White asparagus shines so well on its own and it doesn't need much because it's a great ingredient to start with.

In a large mixing bowl, add the washed and trimmed asparagus. Drizzle the olive oil over it, sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, and kosher salt, and toss until the asparagus is fully and evenly coated with the ingredients.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Lay the prepared white asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes or until they are golden.
Transfer the cooked asparagus to a serving dish and serve hot. Serve the asparagus with fresh, ground black pepper (amount to taste), and enjoy!
