- arugula
- 1 Bosc pear cubed (stem, core, and seeds removed)
- cubed Brie cheese
- shreds of turkey or ham, or leave it out if you want it to be vegan/vegetarian
- 3 green olives, sliced
- Dressing: olive oil, apple cider vinegar, a drizzle of wildflower honey, a pinch of salt, and fresh ground black pepper
- serve with a roll of crusty bread

- 1 cup arugula
- 1 Bosc pear cubed (stem, core, and seeds removed)
- cubed Brie cheese, amount to taste
- 1-2 sliced of turkey or ham, or leave it out if you want it to be vegan/vegetarian, shredded
- 3 green olives, sliced
- Dressing: 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon (a drizzle) of wildflower honey, a pinch of salt, and fresh ground black pepper
- serve with a roll of crusty bread
