- 6-12 ounces of chocolate melting wafers or semisweet chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil Optional: sprinkles of choice, amount to taste

Instructions
- Prep the pan: Place wax or parchment paper in the 8x8x2 or 9x9x2 pan and clip the edges with binder clips or clothespins so it doesn't move.
- Make the rice cereal treats: In a large pot over the stove, on low heat, heat the butter until melted, add the marshmallows and stir slowly until melted, then add the rice cereal and mix until combined. Spread them in the prepped pan making sure not to press down too hard so that they don't compact. Allow them to cool before slicing them into squares. When they are cool, cut them into 12 squares (or you can do a different size if you prefer).
- Melt the Chocolate: In a small-medium bowl, melt the chocolate at 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Add the coconut oil about halfway through, if using semisweet morsels (you probably don't need the coconut oil if you are using melting wafers). Stir until combined and smooth.
- Dip in Chocolate: Take each piece and dip it in chocolate. Sprinkle with sprinkles, if you wish. Allow to firm up on the wax paper. Enjoy!
Notes
- Storage: You should eat them right away but you can store them in an air-tight container, at room temperature for up to 2 days.
