Hi Everyone, one of my favorite new rituals is putting a scoop of collagen peptides into my morning coffee.

- Pour 1 scoop of original collagen peptides (like Vital Proteins) into the coffee and stir until combined. See notes, for further customization. Enjoy!

- You can further customize your coffee with creamer of choice and sweetener of choice. (In the photos, I added an oat milk creamer)
