Hi Everyone, I love chili recipes because they are so customizable, easy to make, and very satisfying.
I love to load it up with plenty of cheese, fresh chopped parsley, and a whopping dollop of Greek yogurt (healthier option) or sour cream.
This Easy Crock-Pot Turkey Chili with Egg Noodles recipe came about from needing to break out the Crock-Pot while our kitchen renovation is going on.
I use McCormick Mild Chili Seasoning Mix (Case of 12)">McCormick Milk Chili Seasoning Mix (30% less sodium) for this recipe. Of course, you can substitute your favorite chili seasoning mix in the same amount.
Yeah, you don't always have to make everything from scratch!

I made this recipe with egg noodles because it goes so well but you can substitute it for any other pasta or even rice or quinoa.
