Hi Everyone, we have been using the fresh greens and veggies from our organic CSA share box all through the Summer.

This Carrot Cucumber Ribbon Mixed Greens Salad recipe is one of the many salads that we have made this Summer season.

I used freshly picked herbs from our Kitchen Garden like basil, cilantro, mint and parsley.
The little white flowers in the photos of this salad are cilantro flowers.

I added chopped vegetables like celery, green sweet peppers, Kohlrabi and yellow onion - it has a little bit of everything!

In our family, we love to have a fresh salad with every meal to get our greens in.

I'll usually make a huge salad that can last for a few meals as apart of our meal prep a few times a week to make sure we always have fresh salad.

Many nights for dinner (or even lunch), I will do a huge bowl with salad, protein pasta, veggie burgers (or another protein) with a dressing all in one dinner bowl and it's delicious.

This salad is a great way to just use up whatever veggies you have in your produce drawer.
