My family loves this recipe. My husband takes them on his road bike ride for energy on the go and the kids and I eat them as snacks. I even like them for a healthier-for-you dessert!
These Almond Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites are customizable and very easy to make with common pantry ingredients that you probably already have on hand. They are packed with oatmeal, raisins, nuts and peanut butter and naturally sweetened with honey and maple syrup. You can add chocolate chip morsels or chose to leave them out, if you wish.
