Strawberry Whipped Cream
Hi Everyone, this is a very easy-to-make Strawberry Whipped Cream recipe – it only required 2 ingredients: heavy whipping cream and strawberry Nesquik powder.
It doesn’t require any fresh strawberries, so you can make it easily outside of the strawberry season, or if fresh strawberries are not readily available.
You can easily cut the recipe in half if you need less, or double or triple it, if you need more – just keep the ingredient ratios the same.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons strawberry Nesquik powder
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Kitchen Tools
- measuring spoons & cups
- 2-cup wet measure
- large mixing bowl, chilled in the freezer for 10 minutes or longer
- handheld electric mixer
How to Make Strawberry Whipped Cream
Step 1
In a chilled large mixing bowl or in a stand mixer, add the heavy whipping cream, sprinkle the strawberry Nesquik powder, and whip on high to stiff peaks.
Recipe Notes
- To stabilize for making ahead: If you are making this ahead and want the whipped cream to be more stabilized, then add a pinch of cream of tartar after you add the strawberry powder.
- Storage: You can store this in an airtight container in the refrigerator, and use it up within 1-2 days.
