The vitamix handle soaked/dehydrated whole sunflowers. I love reading about everyday coffee rituals and enjoyed this post especially since I had sf seeds, stevia, erythritol and cocoa powder to the hot coffee and blend up in the personal cup. It's probably healthier than most creamers.
