This Banana Bread Cake attempts to make cake just a more healthy by giving you some vegan and gluten-free options:
This is a type of cake is one of our favorite family cakes, my husband Eric, a.k.a. Mr. LLS, loves this cake because he's dairy-free.
I've also made a version of this cake for a 1st Birthday Cake for my son using a cream cheese frosting.
