Hi Everyone, this Ham Brie Arugula Sandwich is a delightful lunch or even a tasty dinner.
It's super easy to customize with a different sandwich meat, like say, turkey (hello, Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey, roast or ham leftovers!).

This recipe is inspired by a ham and brie sandwich that I like to order from Terra Momo Bread Bakery in Pennington, NJ. I love the simplicity of this sandwich and their bread is delicious.
Since I like to cook most of our meals at home, I wanted to create a version in my kitchen. I had all the same ingredients and added bright, peppery & nutritious arugula to the sandwich.
