I used to be intimidated by soap recipes – it was something that I always wanted to try making but never did because it just seems “hard.” Well, guess what? It’s really not, especially if you try a “heat and pour” soap making method like this “How to Make Rosemary Soap” recipe tutorial.

Why are you recommending botanicals/herbs to use in melt and pour base soaps, they rot, go brown and mold. This is very unsafe to use.

Let me be clear, people can do whatever they want, no one is forcing them to make soap. Using dried flowers is common in soap making and it's a decorative element to make with soap. If it does turn brown, I do recommend throwing it away to err on the side of caution.
