Hi Everyone, have you ever tried to grill cauliflower? If not, you should try it, it's delicious, easy to make, and a wonderful way to prepare this versatile vegetable.

Prepare the cauliflower: Preheat your gas grill. Trim the tough stem and leaves off the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into ¾-1-inch thick slices. The amount of slices you get will depend on the size of cauliflower that you have. Spray both sides of each slice evenly with the regular olive oil. Sprinkle fine salt on both sides of the slices.
Grill the cauliflower: Place the prepared cauliflower on the preheated grill. Cover and grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Please note that the cooking time will vary depending on your particular grill type or brand and the thickness of the cauliflower slices and the amount of "char" you prefer on the cauliflower. When the cauliflower is done cooking and fork tender (you want tender but not so much that it's coming apart!), please remove it from the grill and onto the serving platter. Enjoy the grilled cauliflower as an appetizer, side dish, over a salad, or as part of another recipe.
