Hi Everyone! How is your November going? Busy and food-filled?
Even though this time of year is busy, dinner should be easy and delicious, as in using only 1 pan and no extra dishes!
You can use 1-2 cups of cooked turkey - depending on how saucy you want it - in this Green Bean Turkey Casserole, making it perfect for using up Thanksgiving turkey leftovers.
I used 1 cup of turkey in the pictures shown here, making the dish very saucy which is how I like it but it can easily absorb another cup of turkey.
This makes it flexible for whatever amount of cooked turkey you have on hand.

This is a side dish turned the main dish and would go great by itself or over rice or pasta, perhaps some egg noodles and a side salad.

I am loving that casseroles are making a comeback, there are so many good ones out there, stay tuned for my version of a popular casserole due on the blog soon 🙂

I got the ingredients for this recipe at Target including Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, Swanson® Chicken broth, Del Monte® Blue Lake® Cut Green Beans, and French's® French Fried Onions (I love the marvelous crunchy texture!).

I found these ingredients in the grocery section of Target, in the soup and canned vegetable aisles.
