Hi Everyone, I love a good bagel breakfast idea. Sometimes, when you are in a rush to eat something in the morning, a bagel is where it's at for the ease with which to prepare it.
I love coming up with easy bagel ideas for breakfasts and snacks; this recipe is so simple but very flavorful and delicious, thanks to those scallions and extra virgin olive oil.
It's a satisfying bite. You can also add lox on top if you wish, but I don't call for it here. The way I prepared it here is a vegetarian option.
