Hi Everyone, using oat milk in a latte recipe is a delicious option!
We use wildflower honey as a sweetener but you can leave it plain or use another sweetener of choice, for example, agave syrup, maple syrup, granulated white sugar - let me know your favorite sweetener in the comments below.

I blame Starbucks for ruining the Italian drink language. "Latte" just means plain milk (compare "leche" or "lait" in Spanish and French, respectively), no espresso, so "oat milk latte" literally translates to "oat milk milk" haha. If you have to name this drink using English and Italian, a more accurate name would be "Oat Caffè Latte" ("café" is the spelling in other languages, not Italian). Hope this helps! I had an iced oat caffè latte today! It was so good!
