Sweet Saturday #4 – 10.14.2017
Hey Everyone!
It’s been a while since my last “Sweet Saturday” post, a weekly check-in series that I started over the Summer.
Now that it’s Fall, I want to get back into this weekly series.
How’s your October going?
The photo above is a preview of an upcoming Fall-inspired recipe and is very similar to Cinnamon Sugar Baked Donuts.
October has been a busy month for us at our house, check out #1 to see why…
Let’s get on to this week’s list:
#1 – New Baby
At the end of September, I gave birth to my 2nd child, my son Marc Xavier, and we are so delighted to have him here finally <3
I have been posting a little less (right up until I gave birth I was doing about 8 posts per week) so I can spend time with our new little one.
October through the end of the year is actually the busiest time for food bloggers and I have so many recipes that have already been shot which I am excited to share, stay tuned!
#2 – Curb Your Enthusiasm
Curb Your Enthusiasm is back after a 6-year break.
I love this show and so glad that it’s back.
I think it’s so funny and I love all the socially awkward scenarios that the show brings up 🙂
Check out October’s recent recipes:
- Deconstructed Jalapeno Popper Bites
- Apple Crisp
- Welcome Marc Xavier
- Homemade Frosted Lemonade
- Homemade Pumpkin Spice Muddy Buddies
#4
Here are the most popular recipes on LLS, for the last 7 days:
- Perfect Snickerdoodle Cookies
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella Puff Pastry Tart
- Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce ← Great for Entertaining and Game Day
- Perfect Coconut Cream Lush Dessert Recipe
- Red Potato Salad with Dill
#5 – Game of Thrones
I finally got caught up with this show towards the end of my pregnancy in a 2-week binge-watching session (season 4 to the most recent).
I love this show and I can’t wait until, what is it? 2019 when the final season returns.
That’s SO long to wait, it seems.
I love the story, the costumes…what should I do until the new season comes?
Re-watch all the previous seasons, make GOT-inspired recipes?
Read all the books?
Below is a trailer from the S7 Finale:
That’s it for now, I hope you all have a great week!
