Hi Everyone, this Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Dalgona Coffee takes your coffee experience to a new level!
This tea-coffee drink can be made cold, as shown in these photos, or even hot.
It uses instant coffee, sugar, milk, ice, and blue butterfly pea flower flowers and powder on top, for decoration.
The beautiful, blue color of the milk on the bottom half of the drink comes from strong-brewed blue butterfly pea flower tea to create an ombre-like effect (as shown in the photos in this post).
There's a second way to make the blue milk, you can heat the milk and add the pea flowers to the milk, simmer for a few minutes and allow the milk to cool to have it cold, or use it to have the drink hot - your choice!
