Hi Everyone, it’s time to share about our bi-weekly, local, organic CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) share from Roots to River Farm!

I recently made this Tomato Salad with the fresh tomatoes from this weeks CSA share box.

This Summer, I also made this Tomato Pesto Bagel Toast with tomatoes that I grew in my garden. Let's shout "Yay!" for seasonal recipes using local, organic produce!

Every other week, I pick 5 items to be in my CSA box share, here’s what I picked for this week:

Cherry tomatoes (1 pint)
Sweet Peppers (4 peppers)
Salad Mix (1 bag)
Tomato, Heirloom (Large) - 3 lbs
Peppers, Shishito - (1 quart)
