This hot, Soy Milk Coffee recipe has dark roast, freshly-brewed coffee, then topped with foamy, hot soy milk and then drizzled with wildflower honey or another sweetener of choice with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa cinnamon-sugar mixture. It's a delightful way to change up your regular coffee and have a non-dairy/dairy-free option! (makes 1 serving)
Hi Everyone, this hot, soy milk coffee recipe is nutty in flavor due to the delicious, creamy soy milk, it's non-dairy/dairy-free and optionally you can add wildflower honey or your favorite sweetener of choice.
It is considered vegetarian because of the use of wildflower honey but you can use a vegan sweetener like agave syrup or maple syrup or skip the sweetener altogether if you want!
It has a frothy, foamy top which makes it like a latte without the strong espresso. Of course, you can choose not to make the soy milk foamy and add it just as is and warmed up.
Yes, it is! It has a lovely, nutty rich flavor, and if you can make a very nice, frothy foam on it for more of a latte-style coffee.
