Strawberry Lemonade is the perfect iced beverage for the Strawberry season! Give your classic lemonade a twist with this delicious and thirst-quenching drink!
Hi Everyone, lemonade is my fail-safe for when it gets so darn hot and I just can't deal with the heat.
Its cooling effects combined with that tart-sweetness are just so relieving during the Summer months...can you tell we do not have central air conditioning? lol.
Anyways, we have many fans and we can deal but sometimes, New Jersey can get really hot so I love "cooling" recipes like lemonade.
So, it's Strawberry season here and we have the loveliest strawberries growing at my sister-in-laws that you can ever imagine.
I posted about them on my IG account recently and they inspired this Strawberry Lemonade recipe.
Cool and sweet with strawberry essence..that pale pink hue that is the perfect shade of blush, that is this Strawberry Lemonade.
If you like this Strawberry Lemonade, you might also like Homemade Frosted Lemonade, Sangria Mocktail, & Frosted Mint Key Limeade.
You want to allow the strawberries to sit in the lemonade for at least ½ hour or overnight.
This recipe is great for making ahead.
The longer it sits, the more "blush" the lemonade gets.
If you want to serve it right away, you can mush the strawberries a little before adding them to the mixture to get that rosy effect immediately.
If you are serving this Strawberry Lemonade for a party and it will be sitting out, an option is to make it more concentrated and put ice in the serving container to keep it cold, as the ice melts, it will dilute the lemonade.
I have many more ideas for strawberry recipes.
