Hello Sara. The tri color salad is my favorite. I do not cut the endive or radicchio but rather pull them apart with my hands (lasts longer) and I use fully grow arugula. I have not prepared it with a mustard dressing but will try it. Balsamic vinaigrette is my dressing of choice if I use any at all. You seem to have some nice recipes and I look forward to trying them. Thanks for sharing. Jim
