Scrambled Eggs in Bacon Fat
Scrambled Eggs in Bacon Fat are a satisfying, flavorful, protein-rich part of breakfast or brunch which are gluten-free, Paleo, and Keto friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons bacon fat, or amount enough to coat the bottom of the pan
- 2 large eggs (or more), beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, amount to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add bacon fat. Allow it to cover the entire bottom of the skillet. Make sure the skillet is preheated before adding any eggs.
- When the pan is preheated, add beaten eggs.
- Allow the eggs to cook a moment (about 20 seconds) and then take the spatula to move the cooked egg to the bottom allowing the uncooked egg to tough to the bottom of the skillet. Continue cooking until the eggs are completely cooked and remove from heat. This should only take a few minutes. Enjoy it as a part of your breakfast or brunch!
