Hi Everyone, I don't know about you but I can always go for food that involves cheese, that's why I am excited to share this Slow Cooker Cheesy Queso Dip with you.
Good news, there's only 3 ingredients!
You just need cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and 1 can of no bean chili to make this Slow Cooker Cheesy Queso Dip.
You can customize it with any additional optional toppings if you like.
Of course, you will need a slow cooker to do this recipe, below is my slow cooker:
I love having this Slow Cooker Cheesy Queso Dip with blue corn tortilla chips but it would go great with regular corn chips or cut veggies.

This is a perfect, easy to make appetizer that can be cooking while you work on other recipes.

I love having sliced jalapeno peppers (jarred) on it for serving but you can customize it with pico de gallo or fresh salsa.

When it comes time to clean the slow cooker, I use Scotch-Brite™ non-scratch sponges.
I have used their sponges for as long as I can remember. I always look for the blue color when I am buying them.
The green color is for heavy duty dish washing jobs.
I really use the sponges because right now, we are without a dishwasher before our new kitchen goes in, regular sponges do not hold up as well as Scotch-Brite™ sponges.
If you want to check out our kitchen renovation progress, I have been documenting that on the blog.
We have been doing a lot of cooking in our slow cooker since we have been working on our kitchen renovation.
It's handy to have some "go-to" slow cooker recipes in your back pocket 😉

I use Scotch-Brite™ sponges for my dishwashing needs.
I found Scotch-Brite™ non-scratch sponges in the cleaning aisle at Target.
The blue Scotch-Brite™ non-scratch sponges and the green sponges are for heavy-duty dishwashing jobs.

I use the Scotch-Brite® Non-Scratch Scrub Sponge (blue) to clean the glass lid of the slow cooker.
It's really gentle on the glass and I don't have to worry about it getting scratched.

I use theScotch-Brite® Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge (green) to clean the container of the slow cooker.
If you have baked-on food, it helps to soak the slow cooker container in hot, soapy water first.

And there you have it, now the slow cooker is all clean and ready to be used again!
I love my Scotch-Brite™ sponges and they have helped me immensely while I do not have a dishwasher, that's why I am on #TeamSponge 🙂
