We received the DASH Deluxe Air Fryer featured in this recipe for this post. Our opinions are 100% our own.
Air Fryer Carrot Fries have ground cumin, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper with a small amount of Canola oil. This is a more healthy version of carrot fries with less oil using an Air Fryer. This easy recipe only requires 7 ingredients and 15 minutes! (gluten-free, vegan)

Hi Everyone, our family loves carrots so I am always finding new ways to serve them up.
We almost always have carrots in our veggie bin in the fridge.
French Fries are also a family favorite, hence, these Air Fryer Carrot Fries.
This is the first Air Fryer recipe on Life's Little Sweets and it's going to be the first of many because the Air Fryer is so darn useful!
I love that I can use a small amount of oil and get a similar result as fried food. It's like magic.
It only takes 15 minutes to make these Air Fryer Carrot Fries with a few simple pantry ingredients.
I use the DASH Deluxe Air Fryer (in Aqua).

After washing the carrots, I recommend cutting the ends and peeling the carrots before prepping them for this recipe.
Carrots skins are bitter and can make the Air Fryer Carrot Fries taste bitter. So remove those skins to avoid that 🙂

These Air Fryer Carrot Fries remind me of an appetizer that you might get at a restaurant.
It's nice to have an alternative to regular French Fries and Sweet Potato Fries (don't worry, those recipes are coming!) - it's just a different spin on fries 🙂

I want to give you some facts about this awesome air fryer below.
As quoted from the Amazon DASH Deluxe Air Fryer listing:
- Healthier Fried Food: Dash deluxe air fryer uses air crisp technology (instead of oil) to help reduce added fat by 70-80%, without sacrificing the flavor of your fried food (no more residual smell hours after you’ve eaten)
- 6 Quart Capacity: The PERFECT appliance for picky eaters, large families, entertaining, or those who have busy schedules. 6 qt. basket is larger, and makes an abundance of appetizers, desserts, chicken wings, french fries, even baked goods, and all within minutes of setting the timer.
- Quick + Easy: Short on time? Simply load the large 6 qt capacity fryer basket, set the temp, and set the timer. Your food comes out crispy, guaranteed, Every time. And in less time than it takes to pre-heat your oven, making it more energy efficient
- Safer: The auto-shut off function prevents overcooking, and the cool touch housing and handle makes it safer to use. (bonus, the nonstick fryer basket is dishwasher safe for even easier cleanup!)
- Includes: The 1700-watt Deluxe air fryer is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty and includes a recipe book and recipe database access (all non-electric parts are dishwasher safe). Available in Black, White, Red, and Aqua
I love the colors available and the Aqua color we chose is perfect for our Mid-Century Modern home; it's a retro color that nods to the color of our kitchen before we renovated it for an all-white palette. I also love the smooth, egg-like shape.

We certainly have more air fryer recipes that we have planned to publish for the future.
