Frosé (Frozen Rosé Wine)
Hi Everyone, welcome to my kitchen after dinner, as the kiddos are headed off to bed and I am ready to unwind…
Let’s catch up, I just want you all to know that I am in the phase of life where I, sometimes, do eat meals over the sink, like really fast where I can’t really taste exactly what I am eating and I just need calories in my body – like 3 hours ago…somewhere between doing something for my kids. Just in case there was any doubt about that, just so you know.
In my head, I would like to sit at a linen-clothed table and be served some kind of fancy dish with a fancy drink with some kind of refined music in the background with endless hours with no to-dos…I think I started “developing” excuse a taste for wine after the 2nd child..part of it is the culinary nerd in me, in another life, I was a sommelier…part of it is, I need to dang unwind after a full day of being a mommy.
There’s something to be said for a treat.
This Frosé is an example of that. A treat. It has the mint from my garden that I grew myself (don’t kid yourself, Sara, like mint, needs any help growing, lol).
