Pan-Fried Chickpeas
Hi Everyone, I am all about easy & creative dinner solutions with minimal effort.
I often make salads for dinner and like to top them with different foods to make them heartier and delicious.
That’s where these Pan-Fried Chickpeas come in, I like to have these over a salad or in a wrap.
So, they are not a whole meal in themselves but rather a component of a meal.
Pan-Fried Chickpeas are also a great option when you are in between grocery store shopping trips and low in options for side dishes.
I always seem to have a can of chickpeas around.
I love chickpeas, they are such a versatile food as evidenced by Avocado Hummus or Lemon Garlic Hummus.
You can make them as crispy as you want and that just adds to the flavor they have.
It’s definitely a nice way to make chickpeas a little more interesting 🙂
